I’ve just recently started doing all of my sketches and cleanup in Sketchbook Pro 2010.

SBP is especially good for either a Tablet PC or a Cintiq, because it’s specifically designed for use without a keyboard.  It also has a pretty impressive ellipse tool that allows you to make perfect circles and still retain line quality.  It also doesn’t hurt that it’s got an all access, 15 day, non-consecutive Trial Version!
